Salon Institute came to be through a passionate desire to provide high-quality education to serious, career-minded people interested in the cosmetology industry.

Salon Institute provides top-caliber education that prepares graduates to not just pass their State Boards, but pass with the skill sets and resources needed to open and manage their own business.

We’ve built an educational institution housed in an upscale salon environment for maximum learning opportunities. And we’ve developed class schedule options understanding the need many students have for flexibility. Tuition costs are kept competitive with other schools in the area, and our admissions and financial aid specialists work diligently to help students process applications and financial aid paperwork.

In and out of the classroom, utilizing tablets with electronic curriculum, text books, video, demonstrations, mannequins, and real clients, students receive the comprehensive Cosmetology Manager training necessary to excel in their career. And we cheer each other on.

The supportive team climate only enhances each student’s motivation and confidence and teaches them the importance of teamwork and collaboration.

From the moment you walk in, you’ll realize Salon Institute isn’t your average college education. The energy from our upscale working student salon hits you immediately. Women and men of all ages and stages in life relax in classy surroundings while student hairdressers color, cut, and style to perfection.

Large, windowed classrooms look out on the activity, fueling each student’s learning experience. With a maximum of 13 hairstylists-to-be per classroom, each student has the greatest opportunity to excel.
